No, all orders are put on a hold status until payment is received and design layout is approved. Once that is completed your order will be processed.
It generally depends on the type of product, size of your order and the amount of orders ahead of you. Usually between 1 to 3 Business days before order is fulfilled and order is shipped.
Once your order is paid, processed and packaged, it can take from 3 to 7 days to receive your delivery depending on your location. Local orders can be picked up delivered, Customers choice.
Currently we only ship Nation wide to the Philippines.
Do to the nature of the product being custom, returns are only available for factory defects found in the base product or a printing flaw on our part.
Yes, our Product Designer has an upload feature where can import your own images or clipart.
We require all uploaded images, clipart or other graphics to be a minimum of 300 dpi. If you upload a low resolution asset your order will not be processed until a higher resolution is submitted.
Yes, our Product Designer has a feature to add personalized text.
We currently except .png, .svg and .pdf files. Files should be 300 dpi resolution.
Yes, if the graphic is public domain and is not copyrighted. We suggest using our custom graphics or graphics you personally designed so there is no copyright issues.
